HEALTH GUARANTEE
I guarantee that I have done all that is possible to provide you with a healthy, happy, friendly puppy. My health guarantee covers your puppy for one year from date of birth.
If your puppy is diagnosed with a life threatening genetic disorder I will replace the puppy with one of equal value at such time as one becomes available. For owner to receive replacement puppy the sick puppy may have to be returned to me at owner's expense, accompanied with registration papers and a written vet statement describing the health condition. Your vet's report will be reviewed by my vet and his decision on the diagnosis will stand. (Return of the puppy will be handled on a case by case basis.)
This health guarantee does not cover eye problems, skin allergies, worms or bacterial infections. A diagnosis of coccidia, giardia, parasites, or kennel cough does not render your puppy unhealthy. These items can be found on the ground, in water, public places and conditions are treatable. Parvo is not covered by this guarantee as the puppy has received at least 2 vaccinations prior to going to its new home. I vaccinate on schedule and I wiil not (to the best of my knowledge) send out any unhealthy puppies. I am not responsible for any illness/disease that puppy acquires after leaving my premises. All puppies are checked out by a Licensed Veterinarian and found to be in good health before leaving here. If there is anything found at vet check up, you will be notified before puppy leaves here.
If the puppy dies, a replaement will be offered provided the owner sends me a vet's autopsy report stating a genetic defect caused the death. This report will be reviewed by my veterinarian and his evaluation will stand.
I am not responsible for vet fees and costs to diagnose problems, owner acknowledges that puppy ownership involves vet bills and fees.
For health guarantee to remain valid owner must keep puppy up to date on all vaccinations including, but not limited to rabies, parvo and distemper.
Health guarantee will be voided if animal is sold, tranferred or given away.
The health guarantee dos not cover if the puppy is injured by accident, neglect, abuse or if problem arises as a result of breeding.
